Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of flaghold.lol, operated by Sumit Sharma (“we”). By placing on a board you agree to them.

1. What the service is

flaghold.lol is a novelty advertising site. Each board shows a map divided into regions, and each region is an advertising slot. You pay a one-time fee to display your brand name, brand colour and website link on one slot. Another buyer can take that slot by paying more.

This is a game of paid placement. No state, territory, land, governmental affiliation, endorsement or territorial right is bought, sold or represented. Region names and shapes are used to identify advertising slots and nothing more. Position on a board reflects only what has been paid. It is not a ranking, review, award or endorsement of any product, and we do not verify the claims of anyone who places.

There is no element of chance, no prize and no payout. You receive the placement you paid for and nothing else.

2. No account

Placing does not create an account. If you give an email address we use it to send your receipt and a private link for managing your placement. Keep that link — it is the only way back to your placement, and anyone who has it can manage it.

3. Payment

Prices are listed on our Pricing page and shown again before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never receive or store your card details. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your placement, and being outbid

Your placement goes live as soon as payment is confirmed. Anyone may take the region afterwards by paying more than your standing amount. That is the point of the service and it is disclosed before purchase. We do not guarantee any period of continuous display, any level of traffic, any clicks or any commercial result.

5. What you may not place

You confirm you are entitled to use the brand name and link you submit, and you will not place:

• a brand, name or logo you do not own or have permission to use;
• content impersonating another person, business or public body;
• anything unlawful in India, or in the country of the board;
• malware, phishing, or deceptive or misleading links;
• adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs or counterfeit goods;
• content that is hateful, harassing, or targets a private individual;
• political campaigning, or claims of governmental or official status.

We may remove a placement that breaks these rules without refund, and we may refuse any placement at our discretion.

6. Reporting

Email sumitsharma96@hotmail.com to report a placement. We review reports within 3 working days.

7. Availability

We provide the service as it is, without warranty. We may change, suspend or discontinue any board. If we permanently close a board we will refund placements made in the 30 days before closure.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the placement the claim concerns. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.

We are not responsible for the content, products or conduct of any site linked from a placement. Links are supplied by the buyer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay is the one that applies to that payment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
